Hell-Bound Faces
Talking to God…
Everywhere in the world there is a need.
Lord, cause those whom You call to simply heed.
We must reside as near to You as we can
So we can sense the leading of Your piloting hand.
We cannot afford to lose sight
Of the purpose You have us living in this darkness as a shining light.
People need to hear of Your great Salvation.
And through the Gospel receive Justification and Sanctification.
Pleading to Christians…
Christians, we must heed His call when it is first heard.
And everywhere we go, we must proclaim His precious Word.
There are people lacking life’s necessities who need to know that Jesus cares
And that He loves them down to their smallest, almost invisible hairs.
There are the religious who think they have the truth.
And have no idea they are entering into Hell’s eternal suffering booth.
There are those so apathetic they shrug their shoulders at the Gospel,
They see so many hypocrites just hiding who they are behind their cold, carnal shell.
God’s people must grasp that they are no longer bond to sin, but free.
And go forward into the world in order that the Lost’s sightless eyes may see.
God requires that we surrender and serve only Him
And be submissive to His every whim.
It is essential that we be proud of doing the work of our Saviour
And allow Him to change our lazy behavior.
Be willing to exit your comfort zone
And believe that The Comforter will never forsake you alone.
Lose your life in His; surrender all that you are.
Enlist to fight and win with Him in His triumphant war.
Applications…
Christian, what are you willing to do
For your Holy Lord who has done so much for you?
Will you learn a new language and exit your comfort zone
And trust the Lord to never leave you alone?
How much is Christ worth?
He is worth more to you than anything on this sinful, materialistic earth?
Ask yourself this: “For whom or what am I living for?
Will it all be worth it when I enter heaven’s door?”
People all around the world need to hear
Of God’s Gospel message, both over there and over here.
Will you fill one of God’s service places?
Will you have compassion on lost, hell-bound faces?
